General Directorate – Alas del Sur VA

 

 

✍️ 1. ENLISTMENT & ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

​

• Exclusivity: You must not actively belong to multiple virtual airlines (regardless of the network). We demand total commitment to our identity.

• No Minimum Experience: Not required. Your initial rank will be assigned based on your verified logbook history on networks such as IVAO or VATSIM.

• Hours Transfer: Subject to Staff evaluation. You can transfer up to 50 hours or 50% of your previous logbook history from other VAs (whichever is greater).

• Active Career Mode: Progressive training and cockpit instruction from scratch with technical guidance from the Staff.

 

 

✈️ 2. PILOT OPERATIONAL CONDITIONS

​

• Responsible Flight: Mandatory flight planning using approved tools, strict adherence to flight phases, and absolute compliance with procedures.

• Minimum Monthly Activity: Maintain a minimum of (4) four flight hours per month to retain active status.

• Inactivity Discharge: Accumulating two consecutive months without logging flights or providing prior justification to the Staff will result in an automatic discharge from the system.

• Community Development: Voluntary commitment to training sessions, ATC practices, special missions, and official VA events.

• Personal Accounts: Sharing airline credentials or flight network IDs is strictly prohibited.

 

 

🛩️ 3. FLEET MANAGEMENT & TYPE RATINGS

​

• Rank-Based Access (Type Rating): The fleet is structured like a real aviation career. You are only permitted to operate aircraft corresponding to your current rank.

• Merit-Based Progression: Access to new airframes and Heavy Jets depends directly on your logged hours and passing type rating checks.

• Technical Evaluations: You must pass a formal evaluation for each aircraft category to ensure a safe and professional operation.

 

 

📋 4. DISPATCH & FLIGHT PROTOCOLS (SOP)

​

• Telemetry & Logging: All flights must be mandatory recorded via our official ACARS client on Newsky.app and conducted on the IVAO network.

• Mandatory Item 18: Every flight plan filed on IVAO must include the following remark: RMK/IVAOVA/WOS.

• Absolute Simulation: Flights must be performed with real-time weather and daylight settings. Time acceleration, pausing, or route slewing/jumping are strictly prohibited.

• Technical Dispatch: Prior to engine start, it is mandatory to calculate weight and balance, check NOTAMs, analyze METAR/TAF, and structure an optimal operational flight plan (Simbrief is highly recommended).

 

 

📘 5. COMPLEMENTARY MANUAL & ACCEPTANCE

These regulations are fully backed by our private Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Manual. By submitting your application to Alas del Sur VA, you declare that you have read, understood, and accepted these policies without exception, as well as the GDPR data protection terms.

Ignorance of these rules does not exempt you from compliance.
