Alas del Sur VA is a certified virtual airline operating under the IVAO (International Virtual Aviation Organization) standards. As part of this certification, we are committed to complying with the European GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), ensuring the privacy and protection of the personal data of all our members.

2. Personal Data Collected

When you register as a pilot with Alas del Sur VA, we collect the following data:

• First and last name

• Contact number

• Email

• IVAO identification number (VID)

• VA member callsign

• Flight activity within the airline

• Rank and status within the IVAO

This data is used solely for administrative and operational purposes within the virtual airline.

3. User Rights

In accordance with the GDPR, every pilot, regardless of their nationality or country of residence, has the right to:

• Access their personal data.

• Request the correction or deletion of said data.

• Request the complete deletion of their profile and registration with the airline.

4. Viewing Personal Data

The Alas del Sur website will not publicly display pilots' last names or personal email addresses.

Only the following data will be publicly displayed: name, callsign, IVAO VID, and flight statistics.

The airline's official contact email addresses may be visible.

IVAO, as a non-profit organization, is legally required to comply with the GDPR, and all certified virtual airlines in its network must comply with these regulations.
